Rothco measurements are done in inches. Not all BDU Pants are available in every size. BDU pants have adjustable tabs so pants can fit a range of waist sizes. The listed waist size for pants is the largest size. (For Example: Size Medium has a waist size of 35" and can be reduced to 31", so it will fit  sizes 31 to 35). Pants are men's sizes & cut for men, but are unisex. We usually ship via USPS first class mail or USPS priority mail. First class mail shipping time take about 2 weeks (& to 4 weeks). NO tracking numbers are available. We purchase a certificate of mailing.  about $1.50 USPS Priority Mail takes 12 to 20 days & has some tracking depending where it is going. Delays by customs and is not in our control. Taxes, customs duty, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in shipping fees, and when applied are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility. These are not in the item price or shipping cost. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine extra costs incurred by their country's customs office before bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. Custom fees and taxes are not additional shipping charges. Because of long shipping times and cost of international shipping, orders outside the USA & Canada are not returnable. We participate in the eBay Hassle Free Return Program. They provide you with tracking numbers and discounted postage. If you use the Priority mail there is some insurance. All items must be in new and unused condition. All original packaging and accessories must be returned All tags and labels must be attached, unaltered AND not re-sewn Items in which the tags and labels have been removed, altered OR re-sewn are NOT considered New AND Unused. Items that are returned that are not new and unused are forfeited by the buyer Please send us the tracking number for your item so we can watch for it. Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. All products returned must be in NEW, UNUSED condition, 100% complete & contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
