They are a Size 6. *** These Look Good with No Major Flaws that I see. There is a little distress around the pockets, waist, zipper area and hemline. They have Fading throughout. They have been Worn, Washed and Dried so I don't know if this has Shrunk them up any or not for the size. I don't know how true to size they are compared to other brands in this style/fit. They don't say what type of fit they have. I don't know how the fit will be for a normal size 6. They have 2% Spandex in them so they can Stretch a little but not too awfully much. They Do have Belt Loops for You to add a belt. They Do Not have a Drawstring. *** Please Check Your Measurements Against Mine. You want to be sure they are the Style, Fit and Size for You/Your Body Shape/Type. *** The Inseam is 17" so some of you will think of them as Capris and others as Skimmers. You will have to decide what they are to you. Measurements and Other Stuff: Waist Straight Across on the Inside: 15", so doubled is 30" Inseam from the Inside Middle Crotch down to the End of the Leg: 17" Outseam from the Top Side Straight Down to the End of the Leg:  26" Hips Straight Across: 18.5 ", so doubled is 37" Leg Opening: 8.5 " Thigh Straight Across: 11.5", so doubled is 23" Leg Style: they look Straight to me - Cargo Capri Front Rise from the Middle Crotch to the Top Front of the Pants: 9.25 " (they look like a Mid Rise to me) Back Rise from the Middle Crotch to the Top Back of the Pants:  15" Color/Wash: They look Black to me with Fading throughout Fastening: Zipper Front with 2 Buttons Zipper Length:  Approximately 3" Pockets: 2 Front Pockets with 2 Smallish Back Pockets and 2 Side Thigh/Leg Pockets with Flaps and Button Closures Material: 98% Cotton, 2% Spandex and they are Machine Washable * Stretch Fabric that Moves with You for Comfort, Freedom of Movement, Flexibility and Support * Lots of Pockets for Your Essentials * Straight Leg for a Slimmer Silhouette * Dark Color - Confidant with a Slimming Effect These Rafaella Capris/Skimmers Look Great! I have told you what I see about them above. They have 2% Spandex in them so they can Stretch just a little. They have Belt Loops in case You would like to add a belt. They look/measure to have a Low to Mid Rise to me. You will have to decide about them from the measurements to figure out the details for You personally. These Capris "Really" Need to go home with you today! There may be fading in the usual places of the pockets, seams, waist, zipper/button area, knees, butt, crotch, and bottom of the end of the legs (hem line), since they aren't new, and I do see some fading throughout. You can zoom in on the pictures and see what you think. Most all Jeans have some Factory Fading to begin with, anyway. *** Please Know that The Exact Colors may Vary in person than in pictures because of lights or the camera. I try to tell you the colors that I see or are listed on the tags but they could vary some or you see them differently than I do. I would wear them if they were my size. Sizes vary between brands, styles, material, how much they have been washed or dried, so Please check your sizes against the measurements and if you think these could become a favorite, without any problems, then Please Buy them Now!! ☺ These Capris come from a clean, smoke free environment. These aren't new but were washed in Tide Free Detergent and Hung on a Hanger to Dry. They weren't put in the dryer with any Fabric Softener or Fabric Sheets, by me, but could have been before I got them. If you are Allergic/Intolerant to anything that you may think are on/in them, or may get on/in them during Shipment, and would be a problem for you, you need to leave these here and look for some New Ones that haven't been worn or washed.
