Unless the item states that it is new, NOS condition in packaging items in non or un-issued condition can be 50 years old or more. They will not show wear or signs of use but they have been stored for years and shipped around the world so they will show signs of storage and may have that military surplus smell. Excellent condition for the Small/Short but with a tear in the seat (seen in the 7th photo) and good condition on the Small/Regulars (showing wear, fading, small stains and may have a few snags or small tears) The last pair of small /regular is missing the waist button but one can easily be sewn on. The Small is rated for a 27" to 31" waist but I believe that they only fit up to a 30" waist. Inseam is 29 1/2" on the S/S and 31" on the S/R's. All name tags will be removed prior to shipping. Please measure pants that fit you well and purchase the one that has the measurements closest to the one that fits you. Please use the photos and the zoom feature as part of the description and please note that I didn't photograph every pair but they are all nearly identical and the nicest ones go out first.
