Heres my listing for a Vintage Interstate IS Pants Mens 32 Black Cargo Baggy Wide 90s USA. As you can see these pants are preowned in good condition. 100% Cotton and the fabric is still crisp flat. Maybe just tried on or very little wear condition. The leg fit is wide and has a slight taper to the ankle. I include all the leg measurements in my diagram. VTG Interstate pants sz 32 Waist
