Wrangler Men's Relaxed Fit Cargo Pants

These Wrangler Beige Cargo Pants Men's 39x28 (True Size) (MGW90ST) are in Great Condition. The tag does say size 40x30, however the waist actually measures 19-1/2" across laid flat to equal a 39" waist and the inseam actually measures 28" not 30". The rise is 13". There is a light purple stain on the bottom front of the left leg. See pictures. These would make for great work pants . Please measure yourself before ordering as returns are costly.
